Bodaq® Interior Film: Supplied, Installed and Managed as One Project
Resurface walls, millwork, doors and elevator cabs in place. We scope the job from your photos and dimensions, supply the film, match you with a certified installer, and run the programme through to sign-off.
01 What We Do
Four Services, One Point of Contact
Most film projects fail between the people, not in the material: the wrong roll count, an installer who has never done an elevator, nobody owning the schedule. Bodaq Finishes carries the whole thing.
Scope
Send photos, rough dimensions and the finish you have in mind. We return a scoped estimate: square footage, roll count, pattern options and install days, usually within one business day.
Get a Scope → S·02Supply
450+ Bodaq® patterns from Hyundai L&C, sized to the project rather than sold by the roll and left for you to work out. Samples first, always.
See the Patterns → S·03Install
A certified Bodaq installer from the national installer network, matched to the job type: doors, casework, full-height walls, elevator cabs. Not a general handyman.
Installer Matching → S·04Manage
Multi-site or phased programmes get a project manager: sequencing, access, night work, sign-off per location, and one report at the end.

Five Steps from First Photo to Signed-Off Surface
The same sequence for a single reception desk or forty hotel corridors. What changes is the scale, not the process.

- Step 1
Send the Scope
Photos, dimensions, location, target date, and any pattern you have seen. A phone photo and a tape measure are enough to start.
- Step 2
Estimate & Samples
Square footage, roll count, install days and a price range, plus physical samples of the shortlisted patterns in the post.
- Step 3
Confirm the Finish
Pattern codes locked, fire test report supplied for the submittal, film ordered from stock or from the mill with a stated lead time.
- Step 4
Installer Matched
A certified installer with the right track record is booked for the dates. For phased or multi-site work, a project manager is assigned.
- Step 5
Install & Sign-Off
Substrate prepared, film applied, post-heated on returns, inspected against the scope. Care guidance and warranty documents handed over.

04 FAQ
Common Questions

Is Bodaq the same as vinyl wrap?
They share a technology, self-adhesive printed vinyl, but architectural film is built for buildings, not vehicles. Bodaq is embossed for texture, formulated for interior wear and light, and supplied in 48-inch architectural widths on 164-foot rolls.
Which surfaces can it be applied to?
Sound, non-porous, clean surfaces: sealed drywall, laminate, melamine, MDF, hollow-metal doors, glass, sealed timber. It follows whatever is underneath, so a dent, a proud screw head or flaking paint telegraphs through 0.2 mm of film. Preparation is most of the job, and it is what our installers are certified on.
Do I have to buy a full roll?
No. Bodaq Finishes supplies film sized to the scoped project. If you are a fabricator or dealer who wants full rolls at wholesale, bodaqusa.com is built for that.
Can I supply my own installer?
Yes. We will still scope the job and supply the film, and we can certify your installer on Bodaq if they have not worked with it. Warranty on the installation itself then sits with them rather than with us.
How long does an installation take?
An elevator cab is typically an overnight; a hotel guest-room joinery set is a day; a full-height corridor is measured in linear feet per crew-day. The estimate states install days per location, and multi-site work is sequenced so rooms return to service in order.
Are Bodaq patterns fire rated?
Every interior finish carries ASTM E84 Class A for US interior use. Reports are issued per pattern series; give us the code and occupancy and we send the current report with the pattern-code mapping. The published test reports are in the technical bulletins on bodaq.com.
Can Bodaq be removed later?
It is a pressure-sensitive film rather than a permanent laminate, so it can be taken off; adhesive residue and the condition of the substrate vary with age. Treat removal as refinishing work, not as peeling a sticker.
What warranty comes with Bodaq film?
Bodaq film carries a 10-year warranty on the film material. Read the warranty terms (PDF).
05 Where to Buy
Order Bodaq® Film
Film is ordered through the official Bodaq® site, bodaq.com, by Hyundai L&C: samples, quotes and trade accounts all start there. Bodaq Finishes scopes the quantity, confirms the pattern codes and manages the installation, so you order the right film, once.
